Author of Jardic software and online dictionaries

Vitaly Aleksevich Zagrebelny was born in 1952 in the village of Pereyaslavka, Khabarovsk Krai. He graduated from Khabarovsk Secondary School No. 43 in 1969. In 1975, he graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in computer engineering. From 1977 to 1979, he served in the army. In 1985, he defended his PhD thesis on «Automated Design of Relational Databases». Since 1975, he has worked as a programmer and project manager in the following fields: automated design of electronic circuits, medical information systems, artificial intelligence, publishing systems, search engines, Internet telephony, telephony billing, electronic dictionaries, online dictionaries.
